I had an issue with the delivery. They said I signed for my order which I didn’t. I contacted customer service through an email. Within an hour they responded to my email and within 2hrs they sent the email from the company that stated they could not find my signature. I was deployed for covid rapid response for a bit and hadn’t had time to check emails(as you can imagine) after getting back home I was happily suprised to find out that they refunded my entire purchase and it was already back into my account! This day and age customer service is not like that and that’s if you can get a response at all from them but this company is the only one I will be buying my juice from for now on!
