The first time I ordered this, right out of the box it didn’t work. I contacted customer service and they kindly gave me a credit for my next order. The second time I ordered this flavor, straight out of the box it did not work. I have not reached out to customer service this time. I would like to try this flavor, but not going to order again and lose out on money. I have tried and enjoyed other flavors of this brand with no issues.
